How do spring pictures work?

1.Are these pictures really free?

Yes, there is no charge to you for these pictures - now or in the future. We do keep the pictures on file for you when you are ready to list, might this be next month, next year (or even a few years - becuase sometimes life happens and plans change)

2.Will you take pictures of the inside?

The spring picture campaign is solely based on outside pictures to capture your home's curb appeal. If your home is ready to go on the market now, we can discuss our free home staging package for sellers, but this Spring Picture Campaign is meant for outside pictures only

3.Do I need to be home during picture day?

You do not need to be home. Please make sure though that your pets are secured and the photographer can access the backyard. We will go over some things with you prior to the appointment as well to make sure the pictures come out the best they possibly can.
